In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 3:00 PM, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on October 4, 2021.
The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize economic concentration operations concerning the creation of a joint venture named Sensyo Pharmatech SA, by the Mohammed VI Investment Fund, BAB Consortium SA composed of Bank Of Africa SA, Banque Centrale Populaire SA, and Attijariwafa Bank SA, Recipharm AB, and Mr. Samir MACHHOUR.
