Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 3:00 pm, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on July 12, 2021.

The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• • • • The acquisition by BroadPeak Diamond SLP LP, Asia Green Fund Management Limited, and Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company of joint control of DuPont Technologies Holding Company Inc, Belco Technologies Corporation, and Refining Technology Solutions LLC;
        
      • The acquisition by Orange and Axa of joint control of Dabadoc;
        
      • The exclusive control by Elsan Maroc of Clinique les oliviers.
