Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Tuesday, July 07, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Tuesday, July 07, 2026 at 9:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz TALBI, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section thus decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• The exclusive control acquisition by the company “Swissport Maroc SA” of the company “Swiftair Maroc SARL”, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.
• The acquisition by the company “Türk Hava Yolları Anonim Ortaklığı” of joint control of the company “Air Europa Holding S.L.” alongside the historical shareholder.
• The establishment of a joint venture, “Airts SAS”, by the company “Airtelis SAS” and the company “Segula Global Services SAS”.
