Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, July 20, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 on the Competition Council, as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on July 16, 2026.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following three economic concentration operations:

• Takeover by the company « LSF12 Rigel Holdings B.V. » of the ‘Engineering Plastics’ Division of the company « Domo Chemicals Holding NV »;
• Takeover by the company « Managem S.A » of the exclusive control of the company « Sound Energy Meridja Limited »;
• Takeover by the company « Tanger Med Port Authority SA » of joint control of the company « Portnet SA », alongside the historical shareholder « National Ports Agency ».
