The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project consisting of the exclusive takeover of the company “DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc.” by the company “Neptune BidCo US Inc.”, through the acquisition of all its share capital and related voting rights.
“Neptune BidCo US Inc.” is an American corporation, incorporated in the State of Delaware, registered with the Delaware Companies Register under number 6679856 and headquartered at c/o Cogency Global Inc., 850 New Burton Road, Suite 201, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19904, United States. The company “Neptune BidCo US Inc.” operates as a holding company for the Nielsen group (“Nielsen”), a global leader specializing in audience data and analysis, providing audience measurement, media planning, marketing optimization, and content metadata solutions.
“DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc.” is an American corporation, incorporated in the State of Delaware, registered with the Delaware Companies Register under number 6512733 and headquartered at 462 Broadway, New York, New York 10013, United States. It operates in the field of digital advertising verification and provides software solutions and data analysis services to verify the quality of digital advertising and optimize campaign performance, making digital advertising transactions more efficient and transparent.
