Meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – Monday, September 21, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Subsequently, the Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation consisting of the creation of a joint venture by the companies « Airbus S.E. », « Thales S.A. » and « Leonardo S.p.A».
