Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

1. Purpose


The website https://conseil-concurrence.ma/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is the institutional website of the Competition Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition Council”, “we”, or “our”).


Access to, consultation, browsing, and/or use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. They define the terms of use of the Site by any person accessing it (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).


Before any use, the User is invited to read these TCU carefully. In case of disagreement, the User must refrain from using the Site.


These TCU are available at any time on the Site and prevail over any other version or contradictory document.


For any questions, the User may contact the Competition Council via the Site’s contact form.

2. Access to the Site and Services


Access to the Site is technically available 24/7, subject to force majeure, breakdowns, or maintenance operations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These TCU are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Competition Council and the User will seek an amicable settlement. Failing this, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
