1. PURPOSE
This website, accessible at [https://conseil-concurrence.ma] (hereinafter the “Site”), is published by the Competition Council (hereinafter “the Council”, “we” or “our”).
These General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms of access and use of the Site by any person who consults, navigates, or uses it (hereinafter “User”).
By accessing the Site, the User fully and unreservedly accepts these GTU.
If they refuse one or more provisions, they are invited not to use the Site.
The GTU can be consulted at any time on the Site and may be modified at any time by the Competition Council.
2.ACCESS TO THE SITE
The Site is accessible 24/7, except for interruptions for maintenance, updates, force majeure, or any event beyond the control of the Council.
The User acknowledges having the necessary means to access the Site and commits to using secure equipment protected against viruses and other computer threats.
The Competition Council cannot be held responsible in case of interruption, error, or any damage resulting from access or the inability to access the Site.
3.SERVICES OFFERED
The Site allows the User to:
- Consult the missions, publications, decisions, and news of the Council;
- Download official documents;
- Consult legislative and regulatory texts related to competition law;
- Contact the Council via the contact form;
- Follow institutional activities and press releases.
Access to certain sections may require filling out a form. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
4.USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to:
- Use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Not divert the Site for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes;
- Not attempt to access the computer systems of the Council in an unauthorized manner;
- Not alter or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the Council reserves the right to restrict or suspend the User’s access to the Site, without notice.
5.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and all its content (texts, documents, images, logos, videos, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Competition Council or are subject to usage authorizations.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of the content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

The Council places particular importance on the protection of personal data.
The information collected via forms (contact, information request, etc.) is used solely for processing the User’s requests.
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 09-08, the User has the right to access, rectify, and oppose their personal data.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
