As part of the institutional twinning project entitled “Strengthening the Institutional Capacities of the Competition Council”, concluded in December 2021 by the Competition Council with a consortium composed of the Hellenic Competition Commission, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Italian Competition Authority, a database of European case law was designed. Its design was carried out by experts from the Hellenic Competition Authority in collaboration with Moroccan judges and rapporteurs.
The latter brings together decisions of competition authorities as well as court rulings.
It is accessible to rapporteurs and judges; it will later be expanded to include Moroccan case law.
