Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council’s section held a meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Mrs. Jihane BENYOUSSEF, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• • The acquisition by Cube Bidco, Inc. of all the shares and exclusive control of Circor International Inc. and its subsidiaries;
  • The acquisition by the company ‘PAI Partners SARL’ of the indirect exclusive control of the company ‘Ecf Group Equity SAS’ and its subsidiaries via the company ‘Cocoon Holdco 8 SAS’.
