NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of a concentration operation concerning the acquisition project by DISTRA of one hundred percent (100%) of the share capital and voting rights of the EURO-AFRICAN WATER COMPANY (EAE) from the
MOROCCAN BEVERAGE COMPANY. Following the operation, DISTRA will hold exclusive control of the company « EAE ».
DISTRA is a Moroccan joint stock company and a wholly owned subsidiary of MUTANDIS, which is a company listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, specializing in the manufacture and sale of consumer goods.
EAE is a Moroccan joint stock company specializing in the production and marketing of natural mineral water Ain Ifrane.
