In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 09:30 in the morning, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on May 24, 2022.
The Permanent Commission then made the following decisions:

- Authorize the economic concentration operation consisting of Sika AG’s acquisition of 100% of the capital and voting rights of Financière Dry Mix Solutions;
- Declare that the operation consisting of Sika Maroc SA’s acquisition of 45% of the capital and voting rights of Sodap Maroc SA does not fall within the scope of Article 11 of Law 104-12 on price freedom and competition;
- Undertake a thorough examination of the economic concentration project consisting of the indirect exclusive control of the company « LSF11 Skyscraper Holdco sarl », by the company « Sika AG », through the acquisition of 100% of the capital and voting rights thereof;
- favorably respond to the request made by Cema Bois de l’Atlas S.A to benefit from the derogation provided for in the second paragraph of Article 14 of Law 101-12 on price freedom and competition.
