Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, April 04, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigating services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on March 28, 2022.

The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

• • The acquisition by the company WeAre SAS of joint control of the company Thales 3d Maroc SAS through the acquisition of 60% of the share capital and voting rights;
  • The establishment of a joint venture by the company “HOYA Corporation” and the company “Beijing BOE Vision Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.”;
  • The acquisition by Granite France Bidco ultimately controlled by funds managed by Bain Capital Investors, LLC of the exclusive control of the Inetum group;
  • The acquisition by the company Flutter Entertainment plc of the exclusive control of the company Sisal S.p.A.
