Signing of a cooperation agreement with the Insurance and Social Welfare Supervisory Authority (ACAPS).

The Competition Council signed a cooperation agreement with the Insurance and Social Welfare Supervisory Authority (ACAPS) on October 7, 2021. This agreement highlights the concern of the two institutions to generate a dynamic cooperation, based on a formalized basis ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of their joint actions, for good governance, in accordance with the legal framework governing the two bodies. Thus, it mainly focuses on the exchange of information and documents necessary for the exercise of the missions of both parties, as well as the organization of awareness-raising activities and exchange of expertise.
