Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Commission for Markets and Competition of the Kingdom of Spain

The Competition Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Commission for Markets and Competition of the Kingdom of Spain on January 28, 2019 in Madrid. It aims to develop exchanges in the field of regulatory engineering and jurisprudence in the areas of competition policies and law; and to exchange best practices related to investigation and inquiry methods, as well as the procedures for conducting sector studies. It also aims to promote cooperative relations between Economic Governance Authorities and national Regulatory Bodies.
