Announcement regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, January 07, 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section met on Wednesday, January 07, 2026 at 10 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil Boukbir, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to review the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation and prosecution services.

The Section decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• The exclusive control of the company ‘Espace Développement SA’ by the company ‘Arena Property Development SA’;
• The exclusive control by the company ‘Intelcia Holding SARL’ of the companies ‘Intelcia Group SA’, ‘Intelcia Portugal Inshore SA’, ‘Coriolis Services SAS’, ‘Intelcia Madagascar SA’, ‘Intelcia (Maurice) Ltd’, ‘Metos SUARL’, ‘T3C SUARL’ and ‘Sotem SUARL’;
• The joint control of the company ‘Sindipark SA’ by the company ‘Pickalbatros Morocco for Tourism and Investment SA’ alongside and next to the historical shareholder, the company ‘Sindibad Beach Resort SA’;
• The acquisition by the company ‘Amber Energy Inc.’, through its subsidiary ‘Amber MSub LLC’ of the exclusive control of the company ‘PDV Holding, Inc.’ (PDVH) and its subsidiaries.
