Meeting of the Permanent Commission

The permanent commission of the Competition Council held a meeting on September 12, 2019, under the chairmanship of Mr. Driss GUERRAOUI, President of the Competition Council.

This meeting was dedicated to the presentation and approval of two economic concentration projects, namely; the creation of a joint venture between the company “Nareva Enel Green Power Morocco” and the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water, as well as the acquisition of 45% of the capital and voting rights of the company “Tana Agriculture Limited” by the company “Palmagri” affiliated with the company “Palmeraie Holding”.
