Opinion of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 33 of Law 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council will hold « a meeting » « on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at its headquarters located at Angle Avenue Azzaytoune and Avenue Mohamed El Yazidi, Hay Ryad Rabat starting at 09:30. »

This meeting will be devoted to the final examination of the referral from the company NAPS SA regarding the practices implemented by the Interbank Electronic Payment Center SA and the banks shareholders of the latter in the electronic card payment market.
