NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
A notification has been submitted to the Competition Council regarding a concentration project, consisting of the acquisition of exclusive control of Viterra Limited (Viterra) by Bunge Global SA (Bunge) through the acquisition of 100% of its shares and related voting rights.
Bunge is a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and headquartered in Missouri, United States. It is mainly active in the sale of processed agricultural products, such as oilseed meals.
Viterra is a company headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It is mainly active in the sale of unprocessed agricultural products, such as cereals.
