In accordance with Article 13 of Law 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by “GE Healthcare Technologies Inc.” of the company “MIM Software Inc.” through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and voting rights.

“MIM Software, Inc.” is a software company that provides device-independent imaging software solutions for radiotherapy, nuclear medicine, radiology, interventional radiology, and molecular, neurological, and cardiac imaging.

“GE Healthcare Technologies, Inc.” is a diversified company engaged in various manufacturing, technology, and service activities, including the provision of medical systems, scanning devices, and associated imaging software.
