NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “Barceló Hotels Mediterraneo SL” of the exclusive control of the company “Nationale Atlas SARL” through the acquisition of all its shares and associated voting rights.
“Barceló Hotels Mediterraneo” is a Spanish limited liability company, headquartered in Palma de Majorque, Spain. It specializes in hotel and travel services.
“Nationale Atlas SARL” is a Moroccan limited liability company, headquartered in Rabat, and owning two undeveloped plots in Rabat intended for the construction of a 4-star hotel.
