NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE TRANSACTION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “CFAO Healthcare SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Meaban Maroc SARL”, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and associated voting rights.
“CFAO Healthcare SA” is a French public limited company with a share capital of €2,799,750, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 307 718 577 and headquartered at 57-59, rue Yves Kermen, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt (France). The company “CFAO Healthcare SA” belongs to the “CFAO” group. This company is active in the manufacture, distribution, and marketing of pharmaceutical and medical products as well as in the provision of associated services.
“Meaban Maroc SARL” is a Moroccan limited liability company with a capital of 52,209,000 dirhams, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 97789 and headquartered at No. 106, rue Abderrahmane Sahraoui, Casablanca.
“Meaban Maroc SARL” is active in the field of promotion, marketing, and communication services for players in the pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
