NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “Dislog Group SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Fromagerie de L’Atlas SARL”, through the acquisition of 51% of its capital and related voting rights.
“Dislog Group SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, active in the investment sector and holds stakes in subsidiaries mainly active in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
“Fromagerie de L’Atlas SARL” is a Moroccan limited liability company, active in the purchase, sale, and production of any cheese, dairy, and food products.
