NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “General Education Holding SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Crèche Jardin d’Enfants Kenzi SARL” through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.
“General Education Holding SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, mainly active in the education sector in Morocco.
“Crèche Jardin d’Enfants Kenzi SARL” is a Moroccan limited liability company, active in the private preschool education sector.
