Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Givaudan SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Eurofragance SLU” through the acquisition of 70% of its share capital and related voting rights

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Givaudan SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Eurofragance SLU” through the acquisition of 70% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Givaudan SA” is a Swiss public limited company, registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Geneva under the identifier IDE CHE-100.284.341, with its registered office at Chemin de la Parfumerie 5, Vernier 1214, Switzerland. Givaudan is a global manufacturer and supplier of fragranced and aromatic products for the food, beverage, and consumer goods industries.

“Eurofragance SLU” is a limited liability company established under Spanish law, registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona under Volume / IRUS 1000329775692, page 0, sheet B-3857, with its registered office at Plaza de la Verneda 3, 08191, Rubí, Barcelona (Spain). “Eurofragance SLU” is a perfume manufacturer and supplier founded in 1990.
