Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Kartesia Management, S.A.R.L” of the exclusive control of the company “Engineered Fire Piping, S.L.”

The Competition Council has received notification of a concentration project regarding the acquisition of exclusive control of the company “Engineered Fire Piping, S.L” by the company “Kartesia Management, S.A.R.L.”.

“Kartesia Management, S.A.R.L” is a Luxembourg limited liability company, with its registered office at 5-7 rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and registered with the trade register under RCS B 179 289. The company operates in several European countries and mainly engages in the management of collective funds, specializing in debt, equity, and hybrid capital investments in private companies.

“Engineered Fire Piping, S.L.” is a Spanish limited liability company with its registered office at C/ Del Pino 17 – Poligono La Malena (Yuncos), and registered under number B45762119. It is involved in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and prefabrication of piping networks and equipment for fire protection systems.‎
