Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Siaci Saint Honoré SAS” of the exclusive control of the company “Oasys & Company SAS” and its subsidiaries, through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and related voting rights.

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Siaci Saint Honoré SAS” of the exclusive control of the company “Oasys & Company SAS” and its subsidiaries, through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and related voting rights.

“Siaci Saint Honoré SAS” is a French simplified joint-stock company established in 1957 with its registered office at 39, rue Mstislav Rostropovitch, 75017 Paris, France. “Siaci Saint Honoré” specializes in insurance and reinsurance product consulting and brokerage, as well as, to a lesser extent, human resources consulting.

“Oasys & Company ”SAS” is a French simplified joint-stock company established in 2019 with its registered office at 7, rue d’Astorg, 75008 Paris, France. “Oasys & Company” is active in human resources consulting, covering all professions related to supporting companies, executives, and employees during professional and organizational transitions.
