NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company ‘Study Placement and Insurance Management SA’ of joint control of the company ‘Alpha Insurance Intermediary SA’, through the acquisition of 50% of the share capital and voting rights, alongside the company ‘Akwa Group SA’.
‘Study Placement and Insurance Management SA’ is a Moroccan public limited company, active in all operations related to insurance or reinsurance.
‘Akwa Group SA’ is a Moroccan public limited company, active in securities management.
‘Alpha Insurance Intermediary SA’ is a Moroccan public limited company, active in insurance brokerage and reinsurance operations in all branches and forms.
