Press Release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition of exclusive control by the company ‘Avon International Limited’ of the company ‘Natura & Co UK Holdings Limited’.

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the ‘operation summary’ below, containing information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation involving the acquisition of exclusive control by the company ‘Avon International Limited’ of the company ‘Natura & Co UK Holdings Limited’ through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.

‘Avon International Limited’ is a limited liability company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under number 16723267, with its registered office at: C/O Gateley, 111 Edmund Street, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B3 2HJ. It is an acquisition vehicle whose purpose is to acquire and hold the shares of the target (Natura & Co UK Holdings Limited).

‘Natura & Co UK Holdings Limited’ is a limited liability company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under registration number 11764580, with its registered office at 5th Floor Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 6AJ. The company is a global manufacturer and distributor of beauty and personal care products.
