NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council of the Kingdom of Morocco has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the French company « SSCP Aero TopCo SAS », the parent company of « AD Industrie SAS », a French simplified joint-stock company, by the group « Samavardhana Motherson » through its subsidiary « SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands B.V. ».
« AD Industries » specializes in boilermaking and mechanical, hydraulic, and composite engineering, and is mainly active in the production of components for the aeronautical sector.
« The Motherson Group » is a global producer and supplier of a wide range of components for the automotive and transportation sectors as well as for clients in other sectors, such as the medical, aeronautical, and logistics sectors.
