The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company ‘KMR Holding Educational’ by the company ‘MK Education’ through the acquisition of an additional 42.11% of its share capital and related voting rights from the company ‘ADP II Holding 2 SARL’
‘MK Education SA’ is a Moroccan joint-stock company registered with the Marrakech Trade Register under number 91229, with its head office at Villa Thérèse, rue Soumia, Saadia-Gueliz district, Marrakech, Morocco. It operates in the higher education sector in Morocco.
‘KMR Holding Educational SA’ is a Moroccan joint-stock company registered with the Marrakech Trade Register under number 61075, with its head office at Km 13, Rue d’Amizmiz, Marrakech, Morocco. It operates in the higher education sector in Morocco and Senegal.
