The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the creation of a joint venture named ‘We Soda Saisa HoldCo S.L’ by the companies ‘Productos GRP, S.L.’ and ‘We Soda HoldCo, S.L.’.

‘Productos GRP, S.L.’ is a Spanish limited liability company registered on page M-159179 of the Madrid Commercial Registry, with its registered office at c/Juan Hurtado de Mendoza 15, posterior 1º, Madrid 28036, Spain. It consists of a chemical branch and a real estate branch. The chemical branch comprises companies whose main activity is the distribution of chemical products.

‘We Soda Holdco, S.L.’ is an investment vehicle of the company ‘We Soda Ltd.’ established as a Spanish limited liability company whose corporate purpose is investment in companies, registered on page M-845756 of the Madrid Commercial Registry and with its registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 53, floor nº1, Madrid 28046, Spain.

‘WE Soda Ltd’ is an English limited liability company registered with the London Commercial Registry under number 10264457, whose main activity is the manufacture and direct sale to the end customer of chemical products, forming part of the Turkish industrial conglomerate ‘Ciner Group’.

The joint venture ‘We Soda Saisa Holdco S.L.’ is a Spanish limited liability company registered on page M-849320 of the Madrid Commercial Registry, with its registered office at c/Juan Hurtado de Mendoza 15, posterior 1º, Madrid 28036, Spain, whose main activity will be the distribution of chemical products.
