The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company ‘Adam Foods, S.L.U’, of the company ‘Biscoland – Biscuit Factory, Confectionery & Chocolate Factory SA’, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.

‘Adam Foods, S.L.U’ is a Spanish single-member limited liability company, registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry under volume 44596, page 65, sheet B-458499, with its registered office at Travessera de Gracia, 342, 08025 Barcelona (Spain). It is a direct subsidiary of the company ‘Ventres UNO S.L’ and specializes in the production and marketing of food products.

‘Biscoland – Biscuit Factory, Confectionery & Chocolate Factory SA’ is a Moroccan public limited company, registered with the Casablanca Commercial Registry under number 429397, with its registered office at Douar Lagouassem, Bouskoura Commune, Property Known as Belhaj 9, Nouaceur Province, Casablanca. It is a subsidiary of the company ‘HOLMARCOM’ and specializes in the production and marketing of food products.
