Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Building Logistics Services SA” of the company “Prodec Immobilier SA” through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights

In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “summary of the operation” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Building Logistics Services SA” of the company “Prodec Immobilier SA” through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Building Logistics Services SA” (BLS) is a Moroccan joint-stock company with its registered office at Zone Industrielle Ouled Saleh Bouskoura, Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 250301. It specializes in warehousing consumer goods such as hygiene, food, health, and cosmetic products.

“Prodec Immobilier SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, identified in the Rabat Trade Register under number 94375 BIS, with its registered office at Avenue Attine Buildings 7&8, 5^th floor Mahaj Ryad Center, Rabat. The company specializes in the acquisition of all rural and urban properties for their exploitation and more generally all operations directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose.
