NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation consisting of the exclusive takeover by the company “DBG Technology Co, Ltd” through its subsidiary “All Circuits Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd” of the company “All Circuits SAS” and its subsidiaries through the acquisition of 100% of its capital and related voting rights.
“DBG Technology Co, Ltd” is a company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with its headquarters in Huizhou, China. It is a global provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS) in the areas of design, development, manufacturing, testing, and logistics solutions.
“All Circuits Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd” is a wholly-owned subsidiary of “DBG Technology Co, Ltd”, engaging in the same EMS services activity.
“All Circuits SAS” is a simplified joint-stock company under French law, with its headquarters in Meung-sur-Loire, France. It is a global provider of large-scale EMS, operating in the supply of multi-sector EMS with design-to-delivery capabilities.
