The Competition Council received notification of a project for an economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Dislog Group SA” of the company “GB DISTRIBUTION SARL” through the acquisition of the remaining 49% of its capital and related voting rights.

“Dislog Group SA” is a Moroccan public limited company, with its headquarters in the Ouled Saleh Bouskoura industrial zone, Casablanca, registered in the Casablanca Trade Register under number 403199, active in the industrial, pharmaceutical, and parapharmaceutical distribution sectors.

“GB DISTRIBUTION SARL” is a Moroccan limited liability company, with its headquarters at Lot No. 3 Mabrouka, Industrial Zone, Ain Atiq, registered in the Temara Trade Register under number 124399, specializing in the distribution of consumer goods to service stations.
