NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive takeover by the company ‘DSBJ PTE.LTD.’ of the company ‘Groupe Mécanique Découpage SA’ through the acquisition of all its share capital and related voting rights.
‘DSBJ PTE.LTD.’ is a Singaporean limited liability company, with its registered office at 11 Bishan Street 21, #03-01, Singapore 573943, registered under number 201907626H. It is engaged in the manufacture of printed circuit boards, precision components, touch screen modules, and LED device products. In the automotive sector, DSBJ is involved in the production of printed circuit boards (PCB), precision components, and display modules. It is indirectly and wholly owned by ‘Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co. Ltd,’ a Chinese holding company with its registered office at 288, Shanfeng Road, Wu Zhong Economic Development District, Suzhou, 215124, China, registered under number 320500000046807.
‘Groupe Mécanique Découpage SA,’ a French public limited company, with its registered office at 1, Place Paul Verlaine, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt France, registered under number 387655764. It is engaged in the manufacture and supply of automotive parts.
