The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Eurazeo S.E.” of the company “Richemon Group International II S.A.S.”, the holding company of the “Netco” group.
“Eurazeo S.E.” is a listed investment company on the Euronext Paris Stock Exchange, headquartered in Paris, France, with a portfolio of several billion euros in diversified assets. Its objective is to identify, accelerate, and enhance the transformation potential of companies of all sizes in which it invests. It operates three main activities: private equity, private debt, and real estate assets. “Eurazeo S.E.” is active in Morocco through its subsidiaries, the companies “Planet Payments Services UK”, “Worldstrides”, “Questel”, “Scaled Agile”, “Redspher (Flash Maroc) UTAC Maroc”, “Altaïr group”, “I-Tracing, Ekoscanet Diffusely” (formerly Meero).
“Richemon Group International II S.A.S.” is the holding company of the “Netco” group. The latter was founded in 1902 by the Perriez family and is headquartered in Bordeaux, France. “Netco” specializes in the maintenance of all types of conveyor systems, the distribution of conveyor systems and handling accessories, as well as the design and assembly of custom industrial conveyor systems.
