The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Majorel Africa SA” of the company “Uniftel SA”, through the acquisition of 100% of its capital and associated voting rights.

“Majorel Africa SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company with a capital of 230,300,000 dirhams, headquartered at Tour De Casablanca Finance City “CFC” Cube, Lot 65.1 6th Floor, Quartier Casa-Anfa Hay Hassani, Casablanca, Morocco, and registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 141051. “Majorel Africa SA” is a holding entity for securities. It belongs to the Téléperformance group, a global digital services company that offers commercial services to streamline its clients’ activities.

“Unifitel SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company with a capital of 1,000,000 dirhams, headquartered at Espace Masurel, Angle Bd Yaacoub El Mansour and Rue Socrate, Casablanca, Morocco, and registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 166,137. “Unifitel SA” is active in providing business process outsourcing services, including customer relationship management, after-sales service, partner consulting, and recovery services in the financial services sector.
