Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Netis Holding Ltd” of the company “Netcom Technologies Morocco”

NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Netis Holding Ltd” of the company “Netcom Technologies Morocco”, through the acquisition of 80% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Netis Holding Ltd” is a private company limited by shares under Mauritian law, registered with the Corporate and Business Registration Department under number C154929 and headquartered at Level 8, Ocorian Tower, Nexera, Lot 7, Côte d’Or Technopole, Minissy, Moka, Mauritius. Its main activity is to acquire stakes in other companies to ensure their management or control.

“Netcom Technologies Morocco” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 66725 and headquartered at 30, Boulevard Abdelkarim Khattabi, Casablanca, Morocco. Its main activity is the provision of technological infrastructures.
