Press release from the Competition Council regarding the economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Plastika Kritis SA” of the company “Naturplas Industrial SARL”

NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Plastika Kritis SA” of the company “Naturplas Industrial SARL”, through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Plastika Kritis SA” is a Greek anonymous company, registered under number GRS326003019, with its head office located in the Industrial Zone of Cranea, Heraklion, Crete, Greece. The company is active in the manufacture and distribution of plastic films for agricultural use, including mulch films, greenhouse and tunnel films, silage sheets, and biodegradable films.

“Naturplas Industrial SARL” is a Moroccan limited liability company with its head office at Place Almadina, Jabal Tarik Street, Dar Al Farah 2 Residence, 5th floor, apartment No. 96, in Tanger, registered with the Tanger Trade Register under number 165363. It is engaged in the manufacture of films and plastic products for agricultural use, including mulch films, greenhouse and tunnel films, irrigation sleeves, silage films, and anti-insect nets, from its production unit located in Tetouan.
