NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of a concentration project consisting of the exclusive takeover by the investment fund “Valoris Alternative Investments Fund” of the company “Unisystem Energy SA”, through the acquisition of the remaining 49% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Valoris Alternative Investments Fund” is a Moroccan Capital Investment Collective Organization (OPCC) entirely dedicated to energy transition, with its headquarters located at Angle Route El Jadida and Rue Abu Dhabi in Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 593077.

“Unisystem Energy SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, with its headquarters at 200 Boulevard Ghandi in Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 392457. The company “Unisystem Energy SA” is active in the integration and sale of energy efficiency equipment and solutions, particularly in renewable energies.
