The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the exclusive control acquisition by the company Emerald X, LLC” through its subsidiary “ADVERTISING WEEK EUROPE, LTD” of the company
“This Is Beyond Limited” and its subsidiaries by acquiring all of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Advertising Week Europe, LTD” is a limited liability company registered in the United Kingdom, a controlled subsidiary of “Emerald X, LLC”, a company specialized in organizing intercompany events (B2B), mainly operating in the United States with business areas covering design and construction, food, home, gifts and general merchandise, technology, advertising and marketing, industry, luxury products, and sports and outdoor activities.

“This Is Beyond Limited” is a limited liability company based in the United Kingdom. It specializes in organizing B2B events for professionals in the travel industry, offering events in the United States, Indonesia, Italy, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as related information services.
