In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 adopted for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the below “operation summary” containing information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation involving the acquisition of control by the investment fund “Venture Capital Fund (VCF)” of the company “Premium Technology and Services SAS (PTS)”, alongside the historical shareholders, through the acquisition of 5.75% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Venture Capital Fund (VCF)” is a Moroccan investment fund, headquartered at 63 Boulevard Moulay Youssef, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 555025.

“Premium Technology and Services (PTS)” is a Moroccan simplified joint-stock company, with its registered office located at 1^st floor, building 14 (Panorama Offices), Boulevard Abou Bakr Kadiri, Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 470799. It operates in the digital payment solutions sector.
