The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the joint takeover of « Société Phocéenne de Participations SA » (« SPP ») by the company « Oakview Capital L6 DAC » (« Oakview »), and the company « CF BM UK Holdings LTD » (« CF »), as part of a restructuring process, through the acquisition of new shares issued to increase their stake to 70.3% of its share capital and related voting rights.
