NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
Meridiam is an alternative investment fund manager specializing in long-term investments in public and community infrastructure.
Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe) Limited (MIRAEL) is a subsidiary wholly owned by Macquarie Group Limited (Macquarie), acting as the portfolio manager of the MGETS Fund. MIRAEL is ultimately controlled by Macquarie (Australia) which offers asset management and financing, banking, advisory, risk, and capital services in debt, equity, and commodities.
Verkor develops battery modules for electric vehicles based on lithium-ion technology and plans to build a factory in Dunkirk (France) for the production of battery modules for electric vehicles and, to a lesser extent, for other non-automotive industrial applications.
