NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company “Rgma Skin Services, S.L.” by the company “LVMH Métiers d’Art” (LVMH MdA) through an additional 60% stake in the capital and related voting rights. The Target is jointly controlled by the company “LVMH MdA”, with the proposed operation thus involving a transition from joint control to exclusive control.

“Rgma Skin Services, S.L.” is the holding company of a group of companies specializing in the supply, processing, tanning, and sale of high-quality lamb skins.

The company “LVMH MdA” is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company “LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE” (LVMH SE), the holding company of the “LVMH” group, present in the luxury sector worldwide.
