NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Competition Council has received a notification regarding a project of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “ONCORAD” of 100% of the capital of the company “TINCA SARLAU”.

“ONCORAD SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, with its registered office in Casablanca, Salaj, Bd Sidi Abderrahmane, Ain Diab, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 92755. It operates 5 clinics primarily in the cancer prevention and treatment sector. Its clinics also engage in Medicine-Surgery-Obstetrics. It also operates a radiology center.

“TINCA SARLAU” is a company formed as a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law, with a capital of 4,310,000 MAD, headquartered at Avenue Hassan II No. 70 Residence PALOMA Blanca 7th floor apt 25 Tetouan, and registered with the Tetouan Trade Register under number 30635.
