Press release from the Competition Council regarding the notification of the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company “Bouygues Telecom SA” of the exclusive control of the company “Société Française de Solutions Technologiques SAS”

The Competition Council has received notification of a project for an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company “Bouygues Telecom SA” of the exclusive control of “Société Française de Solutions Technologiques SAS” and its subsidiary BTechnologie through the acquisition of 95% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Bouygues Telecom SA” is a French public limited company with its registered office at 13-15, avenue du Maréchal Juin – 92360 Meudon-la-Forêt, France, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 397 480 930. It operates in the telecommunications market. In Morocco, the Bouygues group is active in construction, energy and services, and media through its subsidiaries BYMARO SA, Colas Maroc SARL, Equans SAS, and TF1 Groupe.

“Société Française de Solutions Technologiques” is a French simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 118 avenue de France – 75013 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 953 438 264. It operates in the information technology services market. In Morocco, Société Française de Solutions Technologiques operates, under a service provision contract for Bouygues Telecom, an affiliated service center named “BTechnologie” providing highly technical services, particularly in network engineering and related procurement services.
