The Competition Council has received notification of a project for an economic concentration concerning the exclusive control acquisition of the company “Tronico Holding SAS” by the company “Agôn Electronics SAS” through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and associated voting rights.

“Agôn Electronics SAS” is a designer and manufacturer of electronic systems and printed circuit board assembly, sold to diversified equipment manufacturers for applications in various sectors (railway, aerospace, and industrial).

The “Tronico” group specializes in the design, industrialization, and subcontract manufacturing of electronic products, intended particularly for the aerospace, defense, transportation, energy, and health sectors.
